If you want a luxury by BMW, but cannot afford the X5, your other option is to consider the X3. Even though the X3 is not as large as the X5, it still offers everything that you could want from an SUV. Since its inception, the BMW X3 has been one of the most popular luxury SUV’s on the road.
From the outside of the BMW X3 you may get the feeling that it is a bit too small for your tastes. But you should not judge this car until you get inside of it. After you are firmly placed in the
driver’s seat of a BMW X3 you will find out that there is more than enough available room. Not only can the driver fit comfortably, but adding four passengers is easy as well. Plus, you can throw a decent amount of luggage in the trunk area as well.
On the road the BMW X3 performs nicely. The 3.0 liter V6 engine puts out 225 horses. In addition, it gets 17 miles per gallon in the city, and 25 on the highway. This is among the best in the class and a huge selling point in today’s day and age of high gas prices.
Overall, the BMW X3 is a great buy if you are in the market for a luxury SUV. Prices start at $36,000 which is quite reasonable for a car that offers so many features. Don’t pass this car up when you are scouring the dealerships in your area.
